Skotlett City is still traumatized by the last catastrophic edition of the Cow Pie Big Fair. However, James Bataille is sent to prison, but this time he escapes, well determined to find Concia, his fiancée, who wants to become a country singer. Unfortunately, things don’t turn out how he’d wish. Many things rage at him: some starfishes from another world come along.
