scienceplusfiction 06 is getting closer and it’s time for a few anticipations: let’s start with the competition, for the time being. This year the head of our jury will be novelist Harry Harrison, writer of the short story that inspired Richard Fleischer’s cult-movie Soylent Green, as well as author of The Stainless Steel Rat and Bill, the Galactic Hero cycles and West of Eden and Stars and Stripes Forever! trilogies. Amongst the titles featured in the competition for full feature films this year: Frostbiten by Anders Banke, first Swedish horror movie, and  Manga, debut for Russian independent filmmaker Peter Khazizov.
